Your Coach

Navigating neurodiversity and life transitions together.

Your Coach

Brynn Alise is a Neurodiversity Family Coach and Executive Function Coach. She is the mom of an autistic young adult who was diagnosed late in his teens. Her desire to learn more about supporting her child and others led her to pursue coaching. She is passionate about educating young adults and their parents on the experiences and co-occurring conditions they or their children may experience as neurodivergent individuals. She also helps caregivers manage and navigate the many services available to them that can be so overwhelming. She coaches both parents of neurodivergent children and young adults from high school through their twenties. She is certified through CReW Coaching in Neurodiversity Family Coaching and Neurodiversity Group Coaching. She is also certified as an Executive Function Coach through EF Specialists. She has personal experience with parenting young adult children, supporting a neurodivergent teenager through school and executive function challenges, generalized anxiety/depression, and menopause/perimenopause. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and two young adult sons, adventuring in nature and photographing wildlife and landscapes.

“The most overwhelming part of my child’s diagnosis as a young adult was where to start with finding all the help and services needed. We tried different executive function coaches, and no one recommended to us had a background in neurodiversity. They would suggest things like lists and planners that my child could not manage, which was why we were coming to the coaches in the first place. And then there were the government systems I had to learn to navigate. I was so overwhelmed and discouraged at times I would stop trying. My search to find the support my child needed led me to a new passion for helping others who struggle the way we have as a family. Our goal is always to build a strong support system for our children and provide the tools and resources to advance their strengths and aspirations. I am passionate about walking alongside your family to support you through this process.”
